Conditions of Admission 2025-2026

The submission takes place from Saturday 1/3/2025 to Monday 31/3/2025.
Age requirement for FS1: The child must be 4 years old and not more than 4 years, 11 months, and 29 days by October 1st, 2025.
The student mustn’t struggle from any psychological or intellectual disabilities or other disabilities that require special programs.
In case of the absence of the parents, an official power of attorney notarized by the notary public shall be submitted to the official international schools or from one of the Egyptian embassies abroad at the workplace of the guardian, and the power of attorney is to apply to international public schools.
The child must pass the required assessment that covers the following: (Appearance- Physical Development- Cognitive Development-general information -thinking skills).
If the child does not pass the assessment, an interview will not be conducted for the parents.
After reviewing the submitted documents and registered data, the website will be reopened from April 12 to April 19 for those who meet the admission requirements to book an appointment for the admission test at the Official International Schools.
Failure to book an admission test appointment or the absence of parents on the scheduled date will be considered a refusal by the guardian to enroll their son/daughter in the school, and no other appointment will be scheduled for the interview.
A personal interview is conducted for the parents or the child's legal guardian (children who passed the exams only).
The parents (or the child's legal guardian) must be present for the personal interview.
Students are admitted according to total scores.
If the admission test score is equal, age is a preferential condition whereby the oldest is taken.
Failure to adhere to the deadline specified in the e-mail is considered a refusal to enroll the child in school.
Parents of students who do not pass the exams are not contacted and no reasons are given for not passing the exams.
The guardian signs all the undertakings and declarations determined and approved by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with the International Schools Foundation in Egypt to ensure full compliance with the financial, administrative, and educational systems determined by the ministry, the institution and the schools while adhering to all the rules of admission requirements.
The student’s guardian acknowledges that the student is not admitted in any other school, and if the student is registered in another school, it becomes the responsibility of the student’s guardian to end the procedures with the other school, and the international public school is not responsible for not registering the student electronically if the parent delays the completion of the procedures.
If any incorrect data or documents are witnessed, or any information is hidden about the child's condition, the guardian bears the responsibility and the decisions taken by the school.

Required Documents:

12 recent personal photos of your child.
Original birth certificate (computerized) + 2 copies.
National ID copies (both father and mother).
Photocopies of both father and mother qualifications.
Printed Application Form 2025-2026.
All documents must be placed in a blue A4 envelope labeled with the child's name.

شروط القبول 2025-2026

يتم التقديم من يوم السبت 1/3/2025 حتى يوم الاثنين 31/3/2025.
شرط السن للمرحلة FS1: يجب أن يكون عمر الطفل 4 سنوات، وألا يزيد عن 4 سنوات و11 شهرًا و29 يومًا بحلول 1 أكتوبر 2025.
يجب ألا يعاني الطالب من أي إعاقات نفسية أو عقلية أو أي إعاقات أخرى تتطلب برامج خاصة.
في حالة غياب الوالدين، يجب تقديم توكيل رسمي موثق من الشهر العقاري للمدارس الدولية الرسمية أو من إحدى السفارات المصرية بالخارج في مقر عمل ولي الأمر، ويكون التوكيل خاصًا بالتقديم للمدارس الرسمية الدولية.
يجب أن يجتاز الطفل التقييم المطلوب، والذي يشمل: (المظهر - النمو البدني - التطور الإدراكي - المعلومات العامة - مهارات التفكير).
في حال لم يجتاز الطفل التقييم، لن يتم إجراء مقابلة مع أولياء الأمور.
بعد مراجعة المستندات و البيانات التي تم تسجيلها سوف يتم اعادة فتح الموقع مرة اخرى بدء من يوم 12/4/2025 وحتى يوم 19/4/2025 وذلك لمن تتنطبق عليه شروط التقديم لحجز موعد الاختبار الخاص بالقبول بالمدارس الرسمية الدولية
عدم حجز موعد اختبار القبول اوعدم حضور الوالدين في موعد المحدد لاختبار القبول، يُعتبر ذلك رفضًا من ولي الأمر لتسجيل ابنه/ابنته في المدرسة، ولن يتم تحديد موعد آخر للمقابلة.
تُجرى مقابلة شخصية لأولياء الأمور أو الوصي القانوني للطفل (فقط للأطفال الذين اجتازوا الاختبارات).
يجب أن يكون الوالدان (أو الوصي القانوني للطفل) حاضرين للمقابلة الشخصية.
يتم قبول الطلاب وفقًا لمجموع الدرجات.
في حالة تساوي درجات اختبار القبول، يكون العمر شرطًا تفضيليًا حيث يتم اختيار الأكبر سنًا.
عدم الالتزام بالموعد النهائي المحدد في البريد الإلكتروني يُعتبر رفضًا لتسجيل الطفل في المدرسة.
لن يتم التواصل مع أولياء أمور الطلاب الذين لم يجتازوا الاختبارات، ولن يتم توضيح أسباب عدم النجاح.
يوقع ولي الأمر على جميع التعهدات والإقرارات التي تحددها وتوافق عليها وزارة التربية والتعليم بالتعاون مع مؤسسة المدارس الدولية في مصر، لضمان الامتثال الكامل للأنظمة المالية والإدارية والتعليمية التي تحددها الوزارة والمؤسسة والمدارس، مع الالتزام بجميع قواعد ومتطلبات القبول.
يقر ولي أمر الطالب بأن الطالب غير مسجل في أي مدرسة أخرى، وفي حال كان الطالب مسجلًا في مدرسة أخرى، يكون من مسؤولية ولي الأمر إنهاء الإجراءات مع المدرسة الأخرى، ولا تتحمل المدرسة الدولية الرسمية مسؤولية عدم تسجيل الطالب إلكترونيًا في حال تأخر ولي الأمر في استكمال الإجراءات.
في حالة تقديم أي بيانات أو مستندات غير صحيحة، أو إخفاء أي معلومات عن حالة الطفل، يتحمل ولي الأمر المسؤولية والقرارات التي تتخذها المدرسة.

المستندات المطلوبة:

عدد 12 صورة شخصية حديثة للطفل.
شهادة ميلاد أصلية (كمبيوتر) + عدد 2 نسخة مصورة.
نسخ من بطاقات الهوية الوطنية لكل من الأب والأم.
صور من مؤهلات الأب والأم الدراسية.
نموذج التقديم لعام 2025-2026 بعد استكمال جميع البيانات.
يجب وضع جميع المستندات في ملف أزرق مقاس A4 مع وضع اسم الطفل عليه.
